On 27 Aug 1764 when David was 34, he married Catherine Walker (23642) , daughter of Ezekiel Walker (8951) (29 May 1709-ca 1745) & Sarah Wyman (27980) (21 Aug 1710-bef 1756). Born on 18 Mar 1736 in Woburn, MA.124 Catherine died in Fryeburg, Oxford County, Maine, on 15 Nov 1798; she was 62.

David and Catherine were first cousins; his mother and her father were brothers.
