For fixed herd size of 200, deaths of 5 per day, cost of 1, and benefit of 5,
but variable initial number of altruists.  1000 trials are performed for each
initial number of altruists.  Each line in this table shows
   (1) the initial number of altruists,
   (2) the number of trials that resulted in pure selfish populations,
   (3) the number of trials that resulted in pure altruist populations,
   (4) among those populations which became pure selfish, the
average number of days to do so,
   (5) and the standard deviation for that,
   (6) among those populations which became pure altruist, the average number of
days to do so, and
   (7) the standard devation for that.
Numbers are rounded to the nearest integer.
