On 24 Apr 1247 Manfredo first married Beatrice di Savoia (3614) , daughter of Count Amadeo IV di Savoia (3173) (1197-24 Aug 1253) & Anne de Coligny (3172) (1192-1243). Born ca 1224. Beatrice died on 10 May 1259.

In 1259 Manfredo second married Helene Angelina in Trani. Born ca 1242. Helene died in 1271 in Lucera. She died in prison.
