ca 1190 Marguerite second married Otto II von Hohenstaufen Pfalzgraf von Bourgoine (2600) , son of Friedrich III Barbarossa of Swabia Holy Roman Emperor (2347) (1122-10 Jun 1190) & Countess Palatine Beatrice de Bourgogne (2115) (ca 1145-15 Nov 1185). Born ca 1171. Otto II died on 13 Jan 1200 in Besançon.
