In 1307 Jeanne I married King Philip V of France (4405) , son of King Philip IV of France (4112) (1268-29 Nov 1314) & Queen Juana I of Navarre (4099) (14 Jan 1273-2 Apr 1305), in Corbeil. Born in 1291. Philip V died on 3 Jan 1322 in Longchamps. Buried in St. Denis, Paris.

Philip V, the Tall, king of France (1316-1322) and as Filipe II, king of Navarre (1316-1322). Also count of Poitier 1311. He was succeeded by his brother Charles IV.

4170. Blanche de Bourgogne. Born in 1295. Blanche died ca 1325/6.

ca 1306/7 Blanche married King Charles IV of France (4407) , son of King Philip IV of France (4112) (1268-29 Nov 1314) & Queen Juana I of Navarre (4099) (14 Jan 1273-2 Apr 1305). Born in 1295. Charles IV died on 1 Feb 1327 in Château du Bois-de-Vincennes. Buried in St. Denis, Paris. They were divorced on 7 Sep 1322.

Charles IV, King of France (1322-1327), and as Carlos I, King of Navarre (1322-1327); also count de La marche 1314. The question of succession after his death began the Hundred Years War between England and France. Edward III of England had a claim to the French throne as his mother Isabella was Charles IV’s sister. An assembly of magnates decided in favor of Charles IV’s cousin Philip, Count of Valois, who became Philip VI, King of France.
