William second married Elizabeth le Despencer (5077) , daughter of Edward le Despencer (4799) (24 Mar 1335/6-11 Nov 1375) & Elizabeth Burghersh (4909) (ca 1342-26 Jul 1409). Born ca 1367 in Essendine, Rutland. Elizabeth died on 11 Apr 1408.

4969. Margery la Zouche. Margery died on 18 Oct 1391.

ca 18 mar 1372 Margery married Robert de Willoughby, son of John de Willoughby (bef 6 Jan 1328/9-29 Mar 1372) & Cecily d’ Ufford (ca 1327-bef 29 Mar 1372). Born ca 1349. Robert died on 9 Aug 1396. Buried in Spilsby, Lincolnshire.
