1359. Sarah Harris. Born ca 1624 in Honiton, Devonshire. Sarah was baptized in Honiton, Devonshire, on 13 Mar 1624[/5]. Sarah died on 26 Mar 1694/5 in Hingham, MA.33

Although it has been stated that George and Sarah had a son John Lane who married Mehitable Hobart, Ellen Jeanette Lane showed in her article “Parentage of John Lane of Hingham and Norton, Mass.” New Eng. Hist. Gen. Reg. 83 (1929): 466-467, that John was the son of William and Mary (Kelloway) of Boston.

Sarah married George Lane (1643) , son of William Lane (501) (ca 1580-6 Jul 1654) & Agnes Farnsworth (-3 Apr 1671). Born ca 1613. George died on 4 Jun 1689 in Hingham, MA.64 Occupation: shoemaker.

“George was one of the early planters of Hing., and at the first distribution of land on Town (North) St., Sept. 18, 1635, a house-lot of five acres was granted to him. He also had a grant of ten acres at ‘Nutty Hill,’ and thirteen shares in the common lands. He d. 11 Jun3, 1689. Will proved 20 Aug. foll. “Shoemaker.” Selectman in 1669 and 1678. Resided on North, near Beal St.”33

Mary married Nicholas Lawrence, son of Thomas Lawrence (ca 1612-5 Nov 1655) & Elizabeth Bates (-18 Feb 1678/9). Nicholas died in Jan/Feb 1684/5.64

On 3Mar 1653[/4] Gabriel married Elizabeth Abbot in Guilford, CT.64 Elizabeth died on 17 Aug 1702 in New London, CT.64

Elizabeth married Sergt. Amiel Weeks (11109) , son of George Weeks (-28 Oct 1659) & Jane Clap (3462) (ca 1604-2 Aug 1668). Born ca 1631 in Seaton, Devonshire. Amiel was baptized in Seaton, Devonshire, on 6 Nov 1631.64 Amiel died on 20 Apr 1679 in Dorchester, MA.64
