Thomas was one of the founders of New Haven. His land was in what is now part of East Haven. Morris Cove was named for his family.

Thomas’s nuncupative will 11 May 1673. Inventory dated 23 Aug 1673 totalling 391£ 16s 10d.

ca 1640 Thomas married Elizabeth [Morris]. Elizabeth died in 1681 in New Haven, CT.30

Mary married John Mansfield, son of Robert Mansfield (8 Nov 1590-16 Dec 1666) & Elizabeth Townsend. Born ca 1622 in England. John died on 16 Oct 1671 in Lynn, MA.
