On 15 Aug 1749 John married Martha Miller, daughter of Lazarus Miller (23 Sep 1655-4 Aug 1697) & Mary Burbank (24 Jun 1666-16 Dec 1740). Born on 16 Jun 1697 in Springfield, MA. Martha died in Nov 1789.
2679. Joseph Miller. Born on 12 Mar 1699/1700 in West Springfield, MA. Joseph died in Ludlow, MA, on 25 Apr 1760; he was 60.
On 7 Jun 1722 when Joseph was 22, he married Mary Combs, daughter of John Combs (-2 Aug 1732) & Mary [Combs], in West Springfield, MA. Born on 20 Jul 1695 in West Springfield, MA. Mary died in Ludlow, MA, on 16 Nov 1759; she was 64.

On 9 Oct 1731 when Moses was 24, he first married Elizabeth Field, daughter of Dea. Samuel Field (27 Sep 1678-25 Aug 1762) & Hannah Edwards (10 Sep 1675-23 Jul 1747), in Springfield, MA. Born on 16 Apr 1707 in Deerfield, MA. Elizabeth died ca 1745.
On 21 Aug 1746 when Moses was 39, he second married Esther Miller, daughter of Ebenezer Miller (25 Aug 1666/7-6 Jan 1754) & Hannah Keep (ca 1673-), in Springfield, MA. Born on 9 Apr 1709 in Springfield, MA. Esther died in West Springfield, MA, on 14 Sep 1760; she was 51.
Moses third married Sarah Sikes (33242) , daughter of Samuel Sikes (27 Mar 1680-6 Jan 1735/6) & Mary Foote (24581) (28 Feb 1679/80-18 Feb 1751/2). Born on 24 Jan 1709/10 in Springfield, MA.
