On 30 Nov 1675 when Rebecca was 20, she married John Wilder (8536) , son of Edward Wilder (2355) (ca 1619-18 Oct 1690) & Elizabeth Eames (4204) (ca 1624-9 Jun 1692), in Marshfield, MA.33 Born in 1653 in Hingham, MA.33 John died on 11 Apr 1724 in Hingham, MA.33 Occupation: farmer.

“In his will made 11 Sept. 1708, mentions and provides for w. Rebecca, gives ‘to son Ephraim that part of my estate which fell to me at my father's decease, lying at the northwest of my father's homestead now in the possession of my brother Jabez Wilder, and bounded northerly by Benjamin Tower; westerly towards the common lands, and southerly by Jabez Wilder; to son Isaac my house, barn, pasture, orchard, and land adjoining; to my daughter Elizabeth Sprague £6, in addition to what she has already had; to daughters Harriet [Hannah] Wilder, Rebecca Wilder, and Mary Wilder £29 each,’ etc. ‘Farmer.’ Constable 1691, and 1692. Resided on Main St., So. Hing.”33
