4956. Ebenezer Harrington. Born on 27 Jun 1687 in Watertown, MA.11 Ebenezer died bef 8 Apr 1754.
Ebenezer was admitted to the church of Waltham 27 Mar 1709, and to that of Framingham 15 Jun 1718. He was selectman of Framingham in 1742.11
On 3 Feb 1707/8 when Ebenezer was 20, he married Hepzibah Cloyes, daughter of Peter Cloyes & Sarah [Cloyes].11

4958. Rebecca Harrington. Born on 14 Aug 1690 in Watertown, MA. Rebecca died aft 1767.

4959. Thomas Harrington. Born on 14 Jan 1691/2 in Watertown, MA.11 Thomas died.
Thomas and Abigail settled in Cambridge. After her death he remarried and returned to Waltham. He was an innholder from 1719 to 1737.11
On 5 Feb 1711/2 when Thomas was 20, he first married Abigail Rice in Lexington, MA. Abigail died on 4 Mar 1717 in Cambridge, MA.11

Harvard 1737, settled as pastor of Lower Ashuelot (Swanzey), NY, then installed at Lancaster, MA, 16 Nov 1778, m. 1st Anna Harrington (d. 19 May 1778 at Lancaster, m. 2nd Anne (widow of Rev. Matthew Bridge of Framingham).11
Thomas second married Mary Earl (11833) , daughter of John Earl (-5 Apr 1689) & Mary Lawrence (3772) (11 Dec 1671-). Born on 9 Jan 1690.11 At the age of <1, Mary was baptized in Watertown, MA, on 22 Jun 1690.11
