On 13 Jan 1675 when John was 31, he married Elizabeth Doty (3492) , daughter of Edward Doty (-23 Aug 1655) & Faith Clarke (980) (ca 1617-Dec 1675), in Marshfield, MA.20 “John Rowse and Elizbeth Doety were maryed y^e 13 of January [1675]”. Born ca 1647 in Plymouth, MA.24 Elizabeth died on 7 Apr 1742 in Marshfield, MA.24

Anna married Isaac Holmes, son of William Holmes (3 Jan 1591/2-9 Nov 1678) & Elizabeth [Holmes]. Born in Scituate, MA. Isaac died bef 1 May 1724 in Rochester, MA. Isaac was baptized in the Second Church of Scituate, in Apr 1661.116
