On 3 Dec 1696 when Jacob was 21, he first married Lydia Peabody (8823) , daughter of Capt. John Peabody (6733) (ca 1642-5 Jul 1720) & Hannah Andrews (2464) (ca 1642-25 Dec 1700), in Boxford, MA. Born on 10 Mar 1673/4 in Boxford, MA. Lydia died ca 1708/9.

6834. Hepzibah Perley. Born on 14 Apr 1678 in Boxford, MA. Hepzibah died in Boxford, MA, on 2 Mar 1694/5; she was 15.

6835. Sarah Perley. Born ca 1684 in Boxford, MA. Sarah died on 17 Jun 1769 in Bradford, MA.

Sarah first married Edward Hazen (17782) , son of Edward Hazen (10 Sep 1660-1748) & Jane Pickard (6912) (ca 1666-). Born on 17 Jul 1688 in Rowley, MA. At the age of <1, Edward was baptized on 22 Jul 1688. Edward died in Newbury, MA, on 19 Apr 1723; he was 34.

They had no children.

On 30 Dec 1723 Sarah second married Samuel Hale (5578) , son of Thomas Hale (ca 1633-22 Oct 1688) & Mary Hutchinson (1525) (ca 1630-8 Dec 1715), in Boxford, MA. Born on 6 Jun 1674 in Newbury, MA. Samuel died in Bradford, CT, on 13 Dec 1745; he was 71.
