Jannetie Jans was a witnesses at the 1679 baptism of her neice Rachel, daughter of Jochem Wouterszen & Styntie Jans (Jannetie’s sister).

Jannetje Jans first married Pieter Cornelius Luyster.

On 16 Mar 1656/7 Jannetje Jans second married Reynier Wizzelpenning in Flatbush, LI. Born ca 1635. Reynier died ca 1661.

On 10 Nov 1701 Jannetje Jans third married Shuart Olpherts. Born bef 1635 in Heerenven, Holland. Shuart died bef Dec 1702 in New York, NY.

7586. Gerret Jansz Snediker. Born ca 1640 in New Amsterdam, New Netherland Colony. Gerret Jansz was baptized in New Amsterdam Reformed Church, on 25 Mar 1640.188 Gerrit, son of Jan Suyderken, witnesses Abraham Isaacszen Planck, Laurens Corneliszen, Susanna Ederinne, & Tryntje Van Kamp. Gerret Jansz died in Apr 1692.

ca 1661 Gerret Jansz first married Willemtje Vooks, daughter of Focke Janszen. Born ca 1641 in Ruinen, Drenthe, Netherlands. Willemtje died ca 1667.

In Dec 1669 Gerret Jansz second married Elsye Teunise Nyssen, daughter of Theunis Nyssen (ca 1610-ca 1663) & Femmetje Jans Seals (1 May 1626-13 Dec 1666). Born in 1648 in New Amsterdam, New Netherland Colony. Elsye Teunise was baptized in New Amsterdam Reformed Church, on 10 May 1648. Elsje, daughter of Theunis Nyssen, witnesses Barent Bal & Elsje Pieters. Elsye Teunise died aft 1696.

7587. Tryntje Snediker. Born ca 1642 in New Amsterdam, New Netherland Colony. Tryntje was baptized in New Amsterdam Reformed Church, on 23 Feb 1642.188 Tryntie, daughter of Jan Suycker, witnesses Jorgen Roelofs—Serge., Mr. Arent Curlaer, Tryntie simons, & Engel Mans. Tryntje died bef 1681.

ca oct 1658 Tryntje married Steven Wolfertszen Ecker. “Oct. 27, 1658, Marriage fee from Steven Necker, 6 g.” in Marriage Frees; Deaths; Members and other miscellaneous matter culled from the records of the Reformed Protestant Dutch Church of the Town of Flatbush, Kings Co. New York, 1912. Steven Wolfertszen died ca 1674.

Jan and Gerret Snedeker, in a statement dated 20 Aug 1674 of the town records of Flatbush (Liber A pp. 225-227): they “in view of his departure and up to the present time have been authorized by their son-in-law Steven Eckker from Ham out of the land of Marde, to take over his two children in his absence and to continue in case of his decease (in which absence may God protect him form the savages); just as though he were now deceased; they as grandfather and uncle of the deceased’s children have administered his property.”

Styntie (or Christina) Jans Snediker.

Jochem Wouterszen and Styntje Jans were members of the New York Reformed Church as listed in 1 Jun 1676.

Joachim and Christina were witnesses at several baptisms:
    1705 for his grandson Joachim, son of Jacob & Beelitje Van Weerdt;
    1708 baptism of Rachgel, daughter of Abraham & Weyntje de Revier (Abraham’s first wife was Joachim’s daughter Rachel);
    1708 (same day as Rachgel was baptized) for their granddaughter Christina, daugther of Herrick & Cornelia Van Lent.

ca 1664 Styntie Jans married Jochim Wouterszen Van Wert. Born ca 1637 in Gouda, Holland.

Styntie Jans Snediker may have been Jochim’s second wife, in which case her first husband may have been Steven Ecker, or perhaps, Styntje and Tryntje were the same person.

Jacob Wouterszen was a witness at several baptisms:
    1681 for Abraham, son of Jan Pieterszen & Grietie Cozyn;
    1688 for his grandson Jochem, son of Johannes Gerritszen & Janneken Jochems (his daughter);
    1692 for Steven Ecker, son of Wolfert Ecker (Jacob’s step-brother) & Maritje Sibouts.
