Benjamin was representative 1691 at Plymouth, and after the union with Massachusetts in Boston 1693, 94, and 1700.2 He resided at “Bald Hill.”

On 15 Aug 1665 Benjamin married Bethia Hawke (1389) , daughter of Matthew Hawke (458) (1610-11 Dec 1684) & Margaret [Hawke] (-18 Mar 1684), in Hingham, MA.33 Born ca 1643 in Hingham, MA. Bethia was baptized in Hingham, MA, on 21 Jan 1643/4.33

Elizabeth was apparently married by 26 Nov 1685 (father's will).5

Evidence for Deborah’s marriage to Robert Stetson had not been found.12
