Born on 14 Jul 1668 in Scituate, MA.116 At the age of 1, John was baptized in the Second Church of Scituate, on 18 Jul 1669.116 John died in Marshfield, MA, on 9 Feb 1739; he was 70.212
John was a freeholder of Scituate, 1666, lived in ‘the Two Mile’; also had a considerable tract of land on the west side of North river, near Hugh’s Cross and Cornet’s Pond.152

Anna died aft 27 Mar 1754.104 Education: Anna was admitted to full communion, 4 Sept 1715, Second Church of Scituate.
Anna was appointed guardian of her children, Joseph, Anna, and Benjamin Smith, after the death of her first husband, Joseph Smith.327
