Thomas Bradford (2940) (ca 1657/58-1 Oct 1731) & Anne Raymond (9778) (12 May 1664-bef 8 May 1705), in Scotland, CT.131 Born on 26 Mar 1689 in Canterbury, CT.131 James died in Canterbury, CT, on 26 Mar 1762; he was 73.131 Occupation: tanner, currier, and shoemaker.

In 1720 James acquired 300 acres of land in Canterbury about 18 miles from Norwich. He was one of the earliest settlers of the town in the part called Westminster. Hew was a town officer, and much respected.131
