Children of Joseph Smith and Rachel born in Hanover: Joseph 26 Mar 1720, Isaac 29 Dec 1722, Israel 24 Nov 1723, Abial 6 Apr 1725, Peleg 5 Feb 1726, Levi 7 Oct 1729, and Rachel 5 May 1731.292 They moved to Scituate where several of their children were baptized in the Second Church of Scituate 3 Nov 1734: Joshua, Isaac, Israel, Abial, Peleg, Levi, and Rachel.116

Joseph was baptized in Scituate, MA, on 8 Jun 1712.116 Joseph was “brought to baptism by his uncle Israel And aunt Elizabeth Hatch” [his mother’s sister]. Joseph died on 1 Jan 1738/9 in Scituate, MA.
