Benjamin lived at North Hill, Duxbury, inherited his father’s farm, and lands at Rochester, and a double portion of his property.58

Will: Benjamin Barlett of Duxboro. His will, dated 10 Dec 1717, sworn 10 Apr 1724, proved 6 Jul 1724, names wife Ruth; daughters Sarah Bradford, Rebeckah Bradford, Ruth Murdoch, Mercy Turner, Priscilla, Deborah and Abigail; granddaughter Ruth Bartlett, daughter of his son William, deceased.

On 27 Mar 1725 the estate was divided to children: Israel Bradford and Sarah, his wife; Rebekah Bradford widow of John Bradford; John Murdoch Jr. and Ruth his wife of Plymouth; John Turner and Mercy his wife; John Samson and Priscilla his wife; Abigail Bartlett of Duxborough; Josiah Thomas and Deborah his wife of Marshfield.

In Dec 1676 or 1678 Benjamin married Ruth Pabodie (6745) , daughter of William Pabodie (1865) (ca 1619-13 May 1707) & Elizabeth Alden (16874) (ca 1625-31 May 1717), in Duxbury, MA.225 Born on 27 Jun 1658 in Duxbury, MA.225 Ruth died in Duxbury, MA, on bet 25 Apr 1724 and 27 Mar 1725; she was 65.24

In 1679 Rebecca first married Maj. William Bradford (2939) , son of Maj. William Bradford (803) (17 Jun 1624-20 Feb 1703/4) & Alice Richards (1988) (ca 1629-12 Dec 1671).24 Born on 11 Mar 1654/5 in Plymouth, MA.3 At the age of 11, William was baptized in Plymouth, MA, on 25 Mar 1665.3 William died in Plymouth, MA, on 5 Jul 1687; he was 33.26

William and Rebecca resided in Kingston. Rebecca inherited from her father land at North Hill.131

In 1691/92 Rebecca second married Robert Stanford.24 Robert died between 15 May 1721 and 7 Mar 1721/2.

Robert first married Mary (Howland) Williamson (widow of Timothy Williamson), second Rebecca (Bartlett) Bradford (widow of William Bradford).

Robert Stanford first appears in Plymouth Colony in June 1667. He was of Scituate in 1672 and was still there in March 1678/9 when Lydia, wife of Isacke Hanmore, accused him ‘to be the father of the child lately born of her body.’ He was ordered to pay support. Robert was of Marshfield by 6 Jul 1680.121

On 2 Aug 1683 Samuel married Hannah Pabodie (6747) , daughter of William Pabodie (1865) (ca 1619-13 May 1707) & Elizabeth Alden (16874) (ca 1625-31 May 1717), in Duxbury, MA.225 Born on 15 Oct 1662 in Duxbury, MA.225 Hannah died in Plymouth, MA, on 29 Apr 1723; she was 60.24 Buried in Plymouth, MA.

On 19 Apr 1714, Hannah Bartlett, widow of Samuel Bartlett, late of Duxbury, became guardian of Lydia, Ichabod, and Elizabeth (all under 21) and of Sarah (under 14).121
