“Timothy sold a part of his house lot to Edward Jenkins, 1662, and removed to Dorchester, but retained the farm at North river. He sold the west part of the house lot and the house at the Harbour, to John Allen 1679.”6
Will: Will -- Timothy Foster, of Dorchester, Dec. 15, 1688; son, Hatherly to have lands in Scituate and profits from same until he comes to age of twenty-one years. Hatherly's oldest sister, Ruth; wife, Relief Foster; six youngest children - Rebecca, Tim thy, Edward, Prudent, Thomas and Elizabeth; daughter Naomy. Wife, executrix until Hatherly reach twenty-one, then he to join with her; mentions his tide-mill. Lib. 11, fol. 129-131. Inventory made Dec. 26, 1688. Relief Foster appeared before assistants, March 20, 1689, and made oath as to inv. of estate of her husband, Timothy Foster, deceased. Suffolk Prob., Lib. 9, fol. 366.
On 13 Oct 1663 Timothy first married Ruth Tileston, daughter of Thomas Tileston (-24 Jun 1694) & Elizabeth [Tileston], in Dorchester, MA.7 Born in 1641. Ruth died on 5 Dec 1677.7

On 9 Mar 1681 Timothy second married Relief Holland, daughter of John Holland (22 Aug 1596-10 Jul 1652) & Judith [Holland] (-23 Aug 1687), in Dorchester, MA.5 Born on 16 May 1650 in Dorchester, MA. Relief died in Dorchester, MA, on 7 Jul 1743; she was 93.

On 9 Nov 1665/6 Elizabeth first married Ephraim Hewett, son of Thomas Hewett (ca 1609-24 May 1670) & Elizabeth Chapman (-22 May 1649), in Scituate, MA.85 Born ca 1639. Ephraim was baptized in Hingham, MA, in Jul 1639.33 Ephraim died on 6 May 1678 in Hingham, MA.33

“This family returned to Hingham, and probably resided some time at Hull. Thomas (‘an unfortunate insane young man’) was kept by his guardian, THomas Jenkins of Scituate, 1690.”6
