    “He lived in Marshfield, where the land inherited from his father was augmented by his share of his deceased brother Timothy’s portion and in 1710 by his purchase of his brother Caleb’s real estate. Over the Green Harbor River, ‘with a background fromed of the unfading green of the native forests, the eye falls on an extensive range of farms.’ In the semicircle in the distance, among others, are the ancestral lands of the Williamson Family.”
