Edward died in battle with the Indians at Wheelwright’s Pond in Lee, NH.183

On 25 May 1690 when Edward was 26, he married Elizabeth Dean (3984) , daughter of Joseph Dean (1097) (ca 1638-13 Mar 1717/8) & Elizabeth Fuller (12 Sep 1645-), in Charlestown, MA. Born on 4 Aug 1671 in Concord, MA.

John was killed in an Indian battle at Wheelwright’s Pond, Lee, NH.

On 9 Nov 1691 when John was 26, he married Ruth Kendall (15862) , daughter of Thomas Kendall (5836) (10 Jan 1649-25 May 1730) & Ruth Blodgett (28 Dec 1656-18 Dec 1695), in Woburn, MA.35 Born on 17 Feb 1674 in Woburn, MA.35 Ruth died in Hopkinton, MA, on 29 Jul 1730; she was 56.

Ruth’s two husbands, John and Henry Walker, were first cousins.

15821. Dea. Samuel Walker. Born on 25 Jan 1667 in Woburn, MA.35 Samuel died in Woburn, MA, on 28 Sep 1744; he was 77.35 Buried in Burlington burying ground.

Samuel resided in that part of Woburn which was incorporated in 1730 as the town of Wilminington. He was a deacon from 1709 through 1730 of the original church in Woburn, and afterwards a deacon of the church in the second precince of Woburn which became Burlington.145

Samuel’s will, dated 2 Sep 1744, mentions his wife Mary; sons Samuel and Timothy; daughters Sarah Buck, deceased, Judith Johnson, deceased, Hannah Wyman, Mary Johnson, and Phebe Richardson; the children of Sarah Buck; the children Judith had by her husband Kendall; grandchild, daughter of Judith Johnson by her husband Johnson; and Rev. John Fox and Rev. Supply Clap.183

On 1 Jun 1689 when Samuel was 22, he first married Judith Heywood (7456) , daughter of John Heywood (-11 Jan 1707) & Sarah Simonds (2080) (28 Jul 1644-19 Sep 1692), in Woburn, MA.35 Born on 13 Jun 1667 in Concord, MA.50 “Judath daughter of John heywood & Sarah his wife borne 13. Jen^4 67”. Judith died in Woburn, MA, on 14 Nov 1724; she was 57.35 Buried in First Burial Ground of Woburn. “Here lyes ye body of Mrs. Judith Walker, wife to Deacon Samuel Walker, who deceased November 14th, 1724, in ye 57th year of her age”.

Born on 22 Mar 1669 in Woburn, MA.35 Mary died in Charlestown, MA, on 23 Oct 1748; she was 79.35 Buried in First Burial Ground of Woburn.149 “Here lyes ye body of Mrs. Mary Walker, Relict of Deacon Samuel Walker & formerly wife to Captain James Fowle, who departed this life, Oct'br 23, 1748, in the 80th year of her age”.

Mary’s will, dated 6 May 1748 at Woburn, mentions sons John Fowle and Samuel Fowle; daughters Mary Simonds, Hannah Walker, Abigail Thompson, Elizabeth Newell, Sarah Richardson, Esther Simonds, Martha Clap, and Catherine Whittemore.183

15822. Sarah Walker. Born on 6 Mar 1670 in Woburn, MA.35 Sarah died in Woburn, MA, on 31 May 1704; she was 34.35

On 12 Jan 1687 when Sarah was 16, she married Dea. Edward Johnson, son of Maj. William Johnson (1628-22 May 1704) & Esther Wiswall (ca 1635-27 Dec 1707), in Woburn, MA.35 Born on 19 Mar 1658 in Woburn, MA.35 Edward died in Woburn, MA, on 7 Aug 1725; he was 67.35

Edward was a deacon of the Woburn church. He was also ensign, lieutenant, and captain of a Woburn military company from 1693 to 1724.
