Israel Thomas (Oct 1670-29 Jan 1755) & Bethiah Sherman (7817) (11 Aug 1678-1 Apr 1728), in First Parish Church, Scituate.121 Born on 26 Jul 1712 in Marshfield, MA.121,20 Nehemiah died in Marshfield, MA, on 30 May 1782; he was 69. Occupation: tanner, farmer.

Nehemiah was the town clerk of Marshfield for mort than 30 years. He lived on the farm of his father, Deacon Israel. It is off Ocean Street and east of the Congregational Chapel and town cemetery.7
