On 15 Apr 1720 Thomas sold his estate at Nichol’s Hill on Fort Hill St. in Hingham, consisting of a house, barn, and about six acres of land, to Josiah Lincoln, and moved to the second precinct at a place known as ‘Bread and Cheese Tree Plain’ (North Cohasset).33
