    “[Isaac] was a farmer of considerable wealth, bought and sold a good deal of land. March 30, 1754, he sold land to his son Isaac, his wife Elizabeth joining in the deed. When the the signatures were attested by the witnesses May 22,1754, both grantors had passed away. He had made his will, which was proved May 6, providing a home for his wife as long as she remained his widow; made money bequests to all the children except Isaac to whom he gave the house and lands; gave his daughter Elizabeth the privilege of living in the house as long as she remained unmarried.”
