On 7 Jan 1691 when Abigail was 16, she married Lieut. Samuel Snow, son of Samuel Snow (28 May 1647-28 Nov 1717) & Sarah Wilson (ca 1653-15 Jun 1686), in Salem, MA. Born on 8 Feb 1669/70 in Woburn, MA.35 Samuel died in Ashford, CT, on 19 Dec 1743; he was 73.34

In 1724, Lieut. Samuel Snow and his son Samuel Snow Jr bought, each of them, a tract of land in Ashford, CT, and immediately removed their residence there from Woburn. At Ashford, Lieut. Snow became one of the principal men; was genearlly Moderator at their town meetings, a Selectman, Town Treasurer, etc. for many years.34

Hannah married Joseph Lewis (27430) , son of Joseph Lewis (say 1646-24 Jun 1675) & Mary Jones (15721) (ca 1654-bef 1 Apr 1720). Born on 6 Jun 1672 in Swansea, MA.3 Joseph died in Wilmington, MA, on 25 Jul 1755; he was 83.

19448. Rachel Jones. Born on 17 Apr 1679 in Salem, MA.2 Rachel died in Woburn, MA, on 10 Dec 1715; she was 36. Buried in First Burial Ground of Woburn. “Here lyes ye body of Rachel, widow wife to Daniel Snow, aged 36 years and 8 months, died December ye 10th, 1713”.

Rachel’s epitaph: “Blessed are ye dead that die in ye Lord.”149

On 5 Aug 1696 when Rachel was 17, she married Daniel Snow, son of Samuel Snow (28 May 1647-28 Nov 1717) & Sarah Wilson (ca 1653-15 Jun 1686), in Woburn, MA.35 Born on 9 Jul 1674 in Woburn, MA.35 Daniel died in Woburn, MA, on 7 Jul 1717; he was 42. Buried in First Burial Ground of Woburn.149 “Here lyes the body of Mr. Daniel Snow, aged 43 years, who deceased July ye 7th, 1717”.

Daniel’s epitaph: “That they may rest from their Labour and Their Works do Follow them.”149

Abraham and Sarah were both of Woburn when they married.

On 26 Dec 1700 when Sarah was 19, she married Abraham Jaquith (2438) , son of Abraham Jaquith (5810) (19 Dec 1644-14 Apr 1679) & Mary Adford (644) (ca 1651-), in Woburn, MA.35 Born on 17 Feb 1672/3 in Woburn, MA.35 Abraham died in Wilmington, MA, on 18 Dec 1753; he was 80.142 Occupation: Husbandman.

Abraham owned land in that part of Woburn set off as Wilmington in 1730. He was active in Wilmington town affairs; selectman in 1733. He was one of the original 17 members of the church.38

From Bartlett’s article “Hugh Jones of Salem”:366
    “Hugh^2 Jones, born in Salem, in 1683, went to Woburn with his mother, about 1694, and resided for nearly forty years in that part of the town set off in 1730 as Wilmington; but on Apr. 18, 1733, he purchased of Gov. Belcher a farm of 187 acres in Dracut, whither he removed, and died about 1770, as his son Hugh was called ‘junior’ up to 1769. (Middlesex Co. Deeds, vol. xxxvi, vol. 252). No record of his death or settlement of his estate has been found. ... On Dec. 17, 1729, Hugh Jones of Woburn et al., sons-in-law to Samuel Wilson, late of Woburn, conveyed to their borther-in-law Samuel Wilson all their interest in the estate of their father-in-law. (Middlesex Co. Deeds, vol. xxix, fol. 328.)”

Hugh married Hannah Wilson (17559) , daughter of Sergt. Samuel Wilson (29 Dec 1658-21 Nov 1729) & Elizabeth Peirce (6792) (6 Mar 1659-). Born on 24 Dec 1688 in Woburn, MA.35
