Nehemiah Randall (10996) (1 Jul 1688-8 Dec 1745) & Ruth Stetson (19056) (11 Dec 1695-22 Dec 1770), in Scituate, MA.116 Born ca 1738 in Scituate, MA. Lusannah was baptized in the Second Church of Scituate, on 13 Aug 1738.116 Lusannah died on 4 May 1821 in Scituate, MA.

John succeeded to the residence of Dea. George King, his grandfather.6

21748. Sarah Jacob. Born on 14 May 1741 in Scituate, MA.116 Sarah died in Scituate, MA, on 10 Mar 1787/1788; she was 45.193 Buried in Scituate, MA GR13.

John and Sarah were remotely related. They were half second cousins (common ancestor Timothy Foster) and third cousins (common ancestors John & Mary (Brewster) Turner).

On 23 May 1765 when Sarah was 24, she married John Foster (34593) , son of Dea. Elisha Foster (27299) (28 May 1708-23 Apr 1771) & Temperance Freeman (ca 1715-22 Jul 1777), in Scituate, MA.116 Born on 25 Mar 1740 in Scituate, MA.116 John died in Dec 1815 in Scituate, MA.116 Buried in Scituate, MA GR13. 85

John Foster was a soldier in the French War, and was at Crown Point in 1759. Returning from the French War he became a tavern keeper in the old Deacon Hatherley Foster house, where his father lived. This house was a busy center during the days of the Revolution, and many important meetings were held at ‘Landlord’ Foster’s. The old Foster house, built in 1697, was occupied by five generations of Fosters, and was demolished in 1898, then in a ruinous condition. One of the original windows of this house is [1836] preserved in the Kent Memorial house in Norwell Village.7

On 23 May 1773 when Lydia was 29, she married Amasa Whiton (31160) , son of Daniel Whiton (27321) (15 Nov 1722-) & Jael Damon (20781) (19 May 1717-1 Aug 1812), in Scituate, MA. Born on 24 Aug 1749 in Hingham, MA. Amasa died in Hingham, MA, on 5 Nov 1818; he was 69.

Nathaniel and Lucy were first cousins since there fathers were brothers.

21754. Mary Jacob. Born on 27 Jan 1751 in Scituate, MA.116 At the age of 1, Mary was baptized in the Second Church of Scituate, on 10 May 1752.193

21755. Abigail Jacob. Born on 1 Dec 1753 in Scituate, MA.116 At the age of <1, Abigail was baptized in the Second Church of Scituate, on 26 May 1754.193 Abigail died ca 1831.

On 18 May 1780 when Abigail was 26, she married Caleb Sylvester (31383) , son of Caleb Sylvester (21503) (14 Dec 1719-aft 26 Feb 1770) & Desire Stetson (21090) (ca 1725-aft 26 Feb 1770), in Scituate, MA. Born ca May 1754 in Hanover, MA. Caleb was baptized on 5 May 1754. Caleb died on 4 Apr 1844.

21757. Joseph Jacob. Born on 5 May 1757 in Scituate, MA. Joseph died in Scituate, MA, on 14 Jun 1811; he was 54.116

Joseph was a schoolmaster at Hingham several years.33

On 3 Dec 1780 when Joseph was 23, he married Hannah Eells (24202) , daughter of North Eells (22 Sep 1718-5 Sep 1775) & Ruth Tilden (11937) (ca 1724-), in Scituate, MA.33 Hannah died on 3 Feb 1818.

    i. George Washington Jacob, b. 3 Dec 1707, d. 14 Mar 1799; and
    ii. David Jacob, b. 5 Apr 1799, settled at Abington.33
