On 11 Dec 1712 when Susannah was 19, she married John Butts (16075) , son of Zaccheus Butts (5997) (ca 1667-bef 21 Aug 1712) & Sarah Cornell (10064) (ca 1671-16 Jan 1749), in Portsmouth, RI.269 John Butts and Susanna Woodell, both of Tiverton, were married by William Coggeshall, Justice 11 Dec 1712. Born ca 1691 in Little Compton, MA (now RI).57 John died in between 28 Feb 1767 and 11 Apr 1768. in Portsmouth, RI.

John’s will was dated 28 Feb 1767, proved 11 Apr 1768.
