Born on 20 Mar 1721/2 in Topsfield, MA.47 Joseph was baptized in Topsfield, MA, in May 1722. Joseph died in Topsfield, MA, on 24 Oct 1801; he was 79.47

From the Cummings Memorial:47
    “Joseph “had a large estate, having bought up the rights of his grandfather’s heirs. He lived in the west half of his father’s homestead. At the death of his grandmother, 1770, he acquired title of the original 100 acres bequeathed by Ensign Howlet. Elijah was executer of his estate.”
