Will: Will of Elisha Clapp of Little Compton, yeoman, dated 19 Feb 1777, proved 29 Aug 1777, mentions sons Job Clapp, Benjamin Clapp, Isaac Clapp, and Barnaby Clapp; daughters Abigail Brown or Brownell, Susannah Clapp, Anne Clapp, and Patience Clapp. Witnesses William Clapp or church, Cornelius Briggs, and Nathaniel Searls.137
