On 9 Apr 1761 when William was 21, he married Lucy Otis (26438) , daughter of Ephraim Otis (25771) (28 Jul 1708-14 Dec 1794) & Rachel Hersey (14399) (29 May 1714-26 Dec 1793). Born on 15 Apr 1738 in Scituate, MA. Lucy died ca 1 Jan 1822 in Windsor, Nova Scotia.
