On 3 Dec 1777 when Mordecai was 31, he married Priscilla Rogers (29650) , daughter of Thomas Rogers (18377) (28 Oct 1716-6 Dec 1810) & Deborah Otis (24419) (16 Oct 1723-8 Dec 1807), in Pembroke, MA. Born on 27 Feb 1754 in Marshfield, MA. Priscilla died in Abington, MA, on 8 Sep 1850; she was 96.
Mordecai and Priscilla were second cousins once removed; his maternal grandfather was her maternal grandfather’s uncle.
