Was on the census for Woodbridge, CT, in 1790. 3-1-2.

On 10 Jun 1762 when Joseph was 23, he married Hannah Thomas (19373) , daughter of Joseph Thomas (7738) (ca 1690-1746) & Dorcas Richardson (17178) (2 Dec 1700-21 Mar 1790), in Congregational Society, Woodbridge.³⁰ Born ca 1737.⁷⁴ Hannah was baptized in First Congregational Society, New Haven, on 17 Sep 1738.³⁰ Hannah died ca 1821.⁷⁴
