Derrick and Hannah were very early settlers of Greene. He came to the area as a surveyor with General Hovey about 1790, and acquired land northwest of what is now the Village of Greene.96

Isaac Nicholas married Talitha Tullar, daughter of Seneca Tullar & Eunice Wells. Born ca 1785. Talitha died on 12 May 1854 in North Egremont, Berkshire Co., MA.96 Buried in Riverside Cem., North Egremont.96
