On 2 Feb 1761(?) when Dolly was 21, she married Capt. James Jaquith (20935) , son of Dea. Benjamin Jaquith (8747) (27 Jun 1716-29 Aug 1801) & Hannah Walker (25500) (22 Sep 1718-20 Feb 1801), in Billerica, MA.38 The marriage date for James and Dolly is probably incorrect. 1771 makes more sense. Born on 31 Mar 1745 in Wilmington, MA.142 James died in Jul 1831 in Wilmington, MA.38

James bequeathed his entire estate to his two surviving daughters Dolly Harnden and Hannah Buck.38

On 30 May 1775 when Phebe was 18, she married Moses Noyes (33145) , son of Moses Noyes (24487) (8 Mar 1714/5-23 Jul 1754) & Susanna Jaques (26 Mar 1719-Jan 1804), in Wilmington, MA. Born on 12 May 1744 in Newbury, MA. Moses died in Windham, NH, on 12 Mar 1824; he was 79.
