On 16 Mar 1786 when Ruth was 17, she married Ebenezer Burditt, son of Thomas Burditt (16 Jul 1731-23 Feb 1776) & Ruth Chinery (14 Sep 1736-4 May 1776), in Gilsum, NH. Born on 8 May 1761 in Malden, MA. Ebenezer died in Pittsford, VT, on 8 Apr 1830; he was 68. Occupation: Blacksmith, farmer.
