36812. David Chatterton. Born on 26 Dec 1767 in New Haven, CT.74 At the age of 2, David was baptized in Congregational Society, Mount Carmel, on 11 Feb 1770.30 David died in Mt. Holly, VT, on 12 Oct 1837; he was 69.30 Was on the census for Hamden, CT, in 1790. 1-0-1.

David died when his grandson George A. Chatteron was about five years old.372

On 15 Jul 1790 when David was 22, he married Sarah Doolittle (33440) , daughter of Ens. Daniel Doolittle (24993) (10 Nov 1741-17 Dec 1808) & Rebecca Johnson (26813) (4 Aug 1744-28 Feb 1774), in Mt. Holly, VT.30 Born on 26 Mar 1767 in New Haven, CT.74 Sarah died in Mt. Holly, VT, on 2 Apr 1827; she was 60.30

David Chatterton and Nathan Doolittle removed from Wallingford, CT, in 1799 to Rutland Co., VT. They resided in Wallingford, VT in 1803, and probably later both settled at Mt. Holly, VT.372

Daniel and Dinal resided at Hamden, CT in 1803. He ultimately settled at Mr. Carmel Center, CT, where he removed from Wallingford, CT. One of their children removed to Massachusetts.372

On 22 Dec 1791 when Dinah was 23, she married Daniel Doolittle (33441) , son of Ens. Daniel Doolittle (24993) (10 Nov 1741-17 Dec 1808) & Rebecca Johnson (26813) (4 Aug 1744-28 Feb 1774), in Hamden, CT.333 Born on 27 Oct 1768 in New Haven, CT.74 Daniel died in Hamden, CT, on 21 Feb 1850; he was 81.30 Buried in Old Graveyard, Mount Carmel, Hamden.

Daniel resided in Hamden, CT, in 1803.372

Anna married Nathan Doolittle (33444) , son of Ens. Daniel Doolittle (24993) (10 Nov 1741-17 Dec 1808) & Rebecca Johnson (26813) (4 Aug 1744-28 Feb 1774). Born on 16 Feb 1774 in New Haven, CT.74 Nathan died in Mt. Holly, VT, on 22 Jun 1836; he was 62.30

Nathan was in Wallingford, VT, in 1803. All the childcren except Laura were dead in 1892.372
