Joseph Ives of New Haven, d. 1827/8 in Windham);
ii. Samuel Hitchcock, b. Jun 1745, d. 17 Aug 1745;
iii. Samuel Hitchcock, b. 28 Aug 174674 at North Haven, was living on the homestead near the North Branford ine in 1775;
iv. Caleb Hitchcock, b. 3 Mar 1748/974 at North Haven, m. 4 Jan 1776 Joanna Baker in Washington, CT, in 1775 he sold land in Brandford next New Haven line and also land in New Haven near Branford line, in 1776 he was living in Kent, Litchfield Co., CT, in 1783 he was called on New Haven records ‘Caleb Hitchcock of Washington, Litchfield Co., Conn.’; and
v. Isabel Hitchcock, b. 3 May 1751,74 d. 11 Mar 1778 at North Haven, m. there 23 Apr 1777 Jonathan Heaton.200
On 16 Feb 1738/9 when Isabel was 21, she married Caleb Hitchcock (14929) , son of Nathaniel Hitchcock (5372) (28 Jul 1678-5 Dec 1726) & Rebecca Morris (16795) (20 Jul 1682-1729), in New Haven, CT.74 Born on 2 Sep 1712 in East Haven, CT.74,200 Caleb died in North Haven, CT, on 30 Mar 1777; he was 64.30
