Kenneth Moore, 6 years old, son of Mrs. Stella Moore, 2714 South Eleventh street, suffered a fractured skull yesterday when he and Thomas Schirado, 2710 South Eleventh street, collided while running after a ball in front of the Moore home.

St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Missouri census. Thomas M. is 27, was born in Michigan, worked 52 weeks, 40 hours a week, as a feeder in a box factory, and made $1052 the previous year. His wife, Caroline was 26, was born in Missouri and did not work outside the home. They had been married for eight years. Their son, Thomas J., was eight months old and was born in Missouri. Thomas and Caroline had eighth grade educations. The family rented an apartment at 2338a South Seventh Street, and they also lived there in 1935.

Man Found Stabbed Fatally
Thomas Schirado,Sr., 63 years old, was found fatally stabbed today in the kitchen of his home at 2019 Russell Boulevard.
Police took into custody Schirado’s son, Thomas Jr., 35, who had been visiting his father on leave from the St. Louis State Hospital, and returned him to the hospital.
Police were called by Emil Muich, 2020 Russell, the elder Schirado’s brother-in-law, after the younger Schirado had appeared there today spattered with blood.
Officers went to the Schirado home, where the victim was found. A butcher knife also was found. The younger Schirado was unable to say what had occurred, police said.
