Warren was born Aug. 19,1933, in Banat, Mich., to Frank and Clara (Battles) Filibeck, and was a graduate of Stephenson High School, Class of 1951. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a proud iron worker for 54 years. Warren was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church, Negaunee.
Surviving are his wife, Ella Lee (Jean) Filibeck; 2 daughters, Janice Smith and Karen Aspenson; 1 son, Nick Filibeck; 1 sister, Evelyn Hanson; and 3 grandsons.
Private family services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Upper Peninsula Home Health & Hospice in Warren's memory.
