Ancestors of V. Nash

I am interested in the ancestors of V. Nash, born in 1910, daughter of Albert Edward Nash (1878-1858) and Jennie Frances Temple (1874-1949). Albert Edward Nash's ancestors are mainly of Scituate and towns of southeast Massachusetts and eastern Rhode Island. Jennie Frances Temple's ancestors are mainly from towns north of Boston.

This report is stripped to include only vital information. For more information about these people, and information about their siblings, cousins, and in-laws, see the Scituate Genealogy, the Portsmouth Genealogy, the Eastham Genealogy, the Maine Genealogy, and the Massachusetts Bay Genealogy.

In over two centuries in the same town, Scituate, of less than 2000 individuals, it is not surprizing that there are many marriages of related people, indeed, by 1800, most everyone had several common ancestors. Thus, many ancestors occur more than once in this ancestral report. Take, for example, the family of John and Sarah (Hawke) Cushing. Three of their children are direct ancestors of Albert Edward Nash: Matthew (b. 1665, in the 7th generation), Joseph (b. 1677, in the 7th generation), and Sarah (b. 1671, in the 8th generation). A more remote example, though not of Scituate but of some town south of there, five of the children of Richard Warren (ca 1578-1628) appear as ancestors–Anna & Abigail in the 9th generation, and Mary, Joseph, & Sarah in the 10th.

Multiple lines occur in many families: Cushing (4), Jacob (5), Turner (6), Hatch (4), Brewster (3), and Warren (5). There are also two lines in many, many other families. Parents with more than one child in the ancestry are printed in the color red.

Franklin Nash (born 1842) was Albert Edward's father. Although Frankin's parents Israel Nash and Deborah Briggs (both born at Scituate) had several ancestors in common, they were only remotely related. Their common ancestors included John Jacob (4th cousins once removed), John Cushing (4th cousins once removed), Thomas Turner (5th cousins), William Brooks (5th cousins), Walter Briggs (5th cousins), Matthew Hawke (5th cousins once removed), Matthew Cushing (5th cousins once removed), Humphrey Turner (6th cousins), Thomas Hatch (6th cousins), Thomas Holbrook (6th cousins), William Hatch (6th cousins once removed), Richard Warren (6th cousins once removed), and John Stockbridge (half 5th cousins once removed).

Looking for information

Although I'm always looking for information on ancestors, there are several individuals I'm especially interested in. They include If you happen to know anything about them, please let me know.
