Conway's circle

Let ABC be a triangle. Extend the two sides BA and CA past the vertex A by a distance equal to BC. Similarly extend the sides past B and C by distances equal to the opposite sides. Then the six endpoints of the resulting sides all lie on a circle. The center of this circle is the incenter of the triangle.
