Nathaniel removed to Newton where he was surveyor of highways in 1686 and 1691. He was a soldier in Johnson’ Co. in the hard service of Dec. 1675 in King Philip’s war, and was present at the Swamp fight. After his second marriage he removed to Framingham.338
