Born on 10 Dec 1681 in Little Compton, MA (now RI).238 Thomas died in Newport, RI, on 16 Aug 1745; he was 63.227

“Stephen, jr. exchanged lands with John, jr. and took the residence on the corner of Kent street, where his descendants Capt. William and Charles now [1831] live.”6

There’s an error here. One Ebenezer could not have married both Mary Wade and Joanna Woodward since Ebenezer and Mary had children after Ebenezer and Joanna married. Who were the two Ebenezer Woodworths and which married Mary and which married Joanna?

Ebenezer had a cousin Ebenezer Woodworth of Little Compton, RI, and Lebanon, CT, but he had his own wife.
