Feitje, or Sophia, was Michael’s second wife. Michael and Feitje lived at Coxsackie on land acquired from Pieter Bronck.

Fitje was a witness at the 1708 baptism of her neice Jannitje, daughter of Jan Jurrigsen Van Husum.

In 1689 Feitje married Michael Collier, son of Capt. Jochem Collier (ca 1617-bef 18 Aug 1658) & Magdalena Waele. Born ca Jun 1650 in New Amsterdam. Michael was baptized in New Amsterdam Reformed Church, on 5 Jun 1650.159 Michiel & Dorothe-twins, children of Jochem Kier, witnesses Dirck de Noorman & his wife Chrystyn, Pieter Andrieszen, Daniel Sergiant, Elisabeth Cregiers, & Claertie Ebels. Michael died in Kinderhook, Columbia County, New York ca 1725/1733.

    1706 at Albany for Anna, dau. of Isaac Casparse Halenbeek and Dorothea Ten Bosch;
    1706 at Albany for Class, son of Jesse De Graaf and Aaltje Akkermans;
    1708 at Albany for Marytje, dau. of Arent Van Schaak and Maria Van Loon.156
On 10 Jan 1701 Caspar married Rachel Slingerland, daughter of Teunis Cornelisse Slingerland & Engeltje Alberts Bratt (ca 1637-1683), in Reformed Dutch Church of Albany.156 Caspar Van Hoese, y.m., and Racheltje Slingerlant, y.d., both born and living at Albany, married at house of the bride’s brother-in-law Joannes Mingaal. Born ca 1680.

A “Jurie Jan” was a freeholder in Claverack in 1720.241 Could this be Jan Jurrian, or his father?

On 7 Nov 1702 Jan Jurrian married Jannetje Van Schaick, daughter of Claas Laurensz Van Schaick (ca 1636-bef 1709) & Jannetje Cornelis (-aft 9 Aug 1710), in Reformed Dutch Church of Albany.156 Jan Van Hoesen, y.m, born at Albany, living at Rensselaerswyck, and Jannetje Van Schaak, y.d., born and living at Kinderhook, upon a certificate of 23 Aug 1703, to be married by a J.P. Born in Kinderhook, Columbia County, New York.
