19124. Abigail King. Born ca 1706 in Salem, MA. Abigail died in New Salem, Franklin County, Massachusetts on 27 Sep 1777.434 Buried in Center Cemetery, New Salem.

Is this correct? Was the Abigail King who married Amos Foster in 1749 the daughter of Johnathan & Sarah (Cook) King, or was she Abigail King, b. 1700 dau. of William & Hannah, the Abigail King who married Amos Foster? According to her tombstone, she was 71 when she died, so her birth would have been about 1706/7, not 1700. Perhaps the Abigail who married Amos was a widow Abigail King. After all, she was about 42 when whe married, and it was Amos’s second marriage. Her tombstone doesn’t have her maiden name on it.
29 Apr 1749 (Int.) Abigail married Lieut.
