John was admitted to the Lexington church 1 Feb 1699, together with his father, and sisters Martha Commee, Elizabeth Rugg, and Hannah Pierce. He was a subscriber for the meeting house in 1692, and was taxed for the purchase of ministerial land in 1693. He was one of the assessors in 1699, 1714, and 1720; constable in 1700, selectman in 1718, 1719, and 1726; also treasurer in 1718, 1719, and 1720. He was employed several years to ring the bell and sweep out the meeting house.569
John first married Hannah Marrett, daughter of John Marrett (ca 1630-16 Dec 1695) & Abigail Richardson (-5 Mar 1721). Born on 17 Aug 1668 in Cambridge, MA.225 Hannah died in Lexington, MA, on 14 Apr 1716; she was 47.225

John died in Lexington, MA, on 6 Dec 1729; he was 64.260

John Comee, of Concord, was one of the early settlers of Cambridge Farms at its organization in 1693. That year he was taxed in the minister’s rate, and also for the purchase of the ministerial land. In 1697 he was one of committee to look after that land in 1711 was a subscriber to pay for the land purchased for a common.569

William was an ensign in the colonial militia. He was admitted, as “Ensign Roe” to the Lexington church 9 Apr 1699, his first wife Mary on 20 Apr 1699, and his second wife Johanna on 24 Dec 1727. He was constable in 1708, assessor in 1713, and selectman in 1724, 1730, 1734, and 1735. He built the Munroe Tavern, still standing.569
On 3 Oct 1697 when William was 27, he first married Mary Cutler, daughter of Lieut. Thomas Cutler (ca 1648-13 Jul 1722/3) & Abigail Dewey (-19 Feb 1711), in Lexington, MA.225 Born 15 Mar 1680/1 in Lexington, MA.30 Mary died in Lexington, MA on 26 Jun 1713.282
