On 1 Jan 1739 when Francis was 60, he second married Mary Hall. Mary died on 29 Mar 1760.

In 1706 John married Mary Lane, daughter of Lieut. John Lane (May 1661-17 Jan 1714/5) & Susannah Whipple (ca 1663-4 Aug 1713).289 Born on 15 May 1686 in Billerica, MA. Mary died in Billerica, MA, on 27 Mar 1783; she was 96.
