Survey - Proprietors' Records, Vol. 1, p. 58, April 25, 1739. The survey of Joseph Manrow's Home Lot is as follows: - the south west corner is a stake then runs north 12° east 106 rods to a stake then runs east 12° south 154 rods to a stake then runs south 12° west to the highway then west to a stake then south to a stake standing in the corner where the highways come together and then west by the highway to the point of beginning.
