On 31 Jan 1751 when Moses was 21, he married Hannah Allen, daughter of Isaac Allen (10 Nov 1701-) & Elizabeth Gleason (16 Nov 1705-14 Jun 1739), in Spencer, MA. Born on 28 Jul 1731 in Weston, MA. Hannah died in Lisle, Broome County, New York in 1817.
